- We reserve the right to verify claims and remove inaccurate listings.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
- Refunds are at our discretion per our Refund Policy.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false or misleading information
- Harass other users
- Attempt to bypass platform security
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
6. Prohibited and Unsuitable Businesses
FinTechful may determine that a business, opportunity, listing, account, or activity is unsuitable for the platform based on its economic substance and practical operation, regardless of the labels, terminology, or legal form used to describe it.
You may not use the Services to promote, recruit for, represent, advertise, list, or operate:
- A multi-level marketing business or opportunity, or participate as its representative;
- A network-marketing opportunity whose compensation, advancement, or viability materially depends on recruiting additional participants;
- A pyramid scheme, chain-referral scheme, gifting circle, endless-chain arrangement, or similar recruitment-based structure;
- An arrangement involving multi-level downlines or income driven primarily by recruiting participants rather than bona fide sales to genuine end customers;
- An opportunity requiring participant fees, starter purchases, inventory purchases, recurring participant purchases, or other payments to join, remain eligible, advance, or qualify for compensation; or
- An opportunity using deceptive or unsubstantiated claims about earnings, investments, financial freedom, lifestyle benefits, or business outcomes.
We may also treat a business or activity as unsuitable when we reasonably determine that it presents material legal, regulatory, reputational, fraud, exploitation, consumer-protection, or community-safety risks.
Ordinary advertising, referral, affiliate, reseller, and commission arrangements are not automatically prohibited solely because they pay a direct commission or a limited indirect override, when compensation is based primarily on bona fide transactions with genuine end customers and not on recruiting or payments by participants.
FinTechful may, in its discretion, reject or decline to publish, restrict, suspend, unpublish, or remove any account, listing, content, or participation that violates these Terms or is otherwise unsuitable for the platform. We do not need a court, regulator, or other authority to first determine that a business model is illegal or unlawful before taking action under this policy.
Prior approval, verification, publication, or payment does not guarantee continued eligibility. We may act after a later review, based on new information, or when a business's practical operation differs from how it was originally described. Enforcement under this section does not create an automatic right to a refund, except where required by law or expressly provided by an applicable refund or cancellation policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
FinTechful is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
