Natural Introducers
You are constantly thinking, “These two people should know each other.”
City Connectors are the trusted relationship-builders who bring people, businesses, opportunities, and communities together across Seattle.
They recognize who should meet. They open doors, create momentum, and help valuable relationships begin. FinTechful is building a select network of these connectors for the FinTechful Seattle network.
Participation is invitation-led. Exceptional local connectors are welcome to introduce themselves.
More Than Networking
City Connectors are not traditional sales representatives, recruiters, or transactional networkers.
They are the people others call when they need the right introduction. They understand the city’s communities, industries, personalities, and centers of influence.
Their value is not measured by the size of a contact list. It is measured by trust—and by their instinct for creating relationships that matter.
You are constantly thinking, “These two people should know each other.”
You move naturally across business, finance, real estate, wellness, civic, creative, and community circles.
People value your introductions because you protect the trust behind every recommendation.
You know who is building, who is emerging, and where meaningful activity is happening across the city.
You help conversations begin that lead to partnerships, clients, resources, and new opportunities.
You believe stronger local relationships create more opportunity for everyone.
The Role
City Connectors identify and introduce respected local professionals who belong in the FinTechful network.
Recognize respected professionals, business owners, and local leaders who would strengthen the FinTechful city network.
Make thoughtful introductions to people who are genuinely aligned—not mass outreach or transactional promotion.
Help three qualified professionals become active paid annual City Founders in the same city.
After three introduced professionals become active paid annual City Founders in the same city, the Connector earns permanent chronological recognition in that city’s Founding 100.
Permanent Recognition
Qualified City Connectors earn a permanent numbered position in their city’s Founding 100.
The position reflects the moment their contribution helped move the local network forward. Numbering is chronological and remains part of the city’s record.
Verified Annual Founder Introductions
in the city’s Founding 100
No Founder purchase is required for the Connector to qualify.
A Connector who later purchases Founder membership keeps the original position.
Permanent numbers are never reassigned or duplicated.
Who We’re Looking For
They may be community builders, advisors, event hosts, association leaders, business development professionals, chamber participants, real estate leaders, coaches, media figures, nonprofit leaders, investors, or simply exceptionally connected people whose reputation crosses industries.
What matters is not the title. It is the trust, reach, judgment, and genuine desire to connect good people.
Some City Connectors are invited directly because their local influence and relationship capital are already known.
Others come to us after recognizing themselves in this mission. Expressing interest does not automatically create a Connector appointment. We review local fit, network reach, reputation, and alignment before issuing an invitation.
